Flying Tiger shifts to green fuel for ocean freight transport

Flying Tiger Copenhagen has shifted to green fuels like second generation biofuel based on waste feedstocks for its ocean freight transport.

The retailer has partnered with Maersk to reduce its ocean logistics emissions by over 80% compared to using conventional fossil fuels through its ECO Delivery programme.

Flying Tiger chief executive Martin Jermiin said the brand aims to be the “frontrunners in the green transition of the retail industry”.
